Supplies & Consumables Returns
We want you to be confident in every purchase. Supplies and consumable products (such as inks, films, and papers) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging for full store credit minus 10% restocking fee and payment processing fees (up to 3% where applicable).
Opened consumables (inks, films, and papers) cannot be returned unless defective.
To request a return authorization, please email sales@acgsupplies.ca with your order number. Return requests are processed within 7 business days. Authorized refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned items to the payment method used at checkout and a confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout. Authorized store credit is issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned items and a confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to the email used when placing the original order.
Equipment Returns
Many of our products, such as printers, heat presses, and other production equipment, are customized or configured to meet each customer’s specific needs. We will work with you to have any defective items exchanged at no cost to you. We work closely with every customer from pre-sales consultation through after-sales onboarding and setup to ensure you get the right solution for your business. If you ever have a question, our team is here to help you choose the correct model and accessories for your workflow. We offer full store credit minus 10% restocking fee and payment processing fees (up to 3% where applicable) for items returned in original unopened packaging up to 30 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Equipment
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@acgsupplies.ca with photos and your order details.
We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Items that become damaged or inoperable after use are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Orders canceled after shipment will be treated under our return policy above and may incur return shipping costs and restocking fees.
For cancelled orders, up to 3% in credit card fees may be non-refundable where payment has already been captured.
Additional Notes
Some vendors and products may have specific return terms; these will be clearly stated in the product description.
